We are at home, working, and taking care of children, family members, neigbours, pets. Constantly exposed to a plethora of infromation, most of which makes us doubt our future, choices and safety. In such moments, being calm and grounded can be of great help, not just for our own safety, health and sanity, but for others as well.

Guided by the need to offer citizens a means of escaping to the world of literature in order to find comfort and guidance, we have cooperated with leading Bosnian and Herzegovinian and regional authors to explore the unique relationship between literature and mental health in the modern world. We have also engaged a professional family pchychologist to offer us advice and guidance on to how to be kinder to our minds and overcome this together.
