During December, through #EU4YourRights, we continued our efforts to raise awareness of the ‘16 Days Against Gender-Based Violence’ campaign. The Between Four Walls exhibition was supplemented with visits from numerous schools, associations and individuals, as well as the Director of the European External Action Service, Mrs. Angelina Eichhorst, during her visit to Sarajevo. In the premises of Europe House, as well as throughout the country, we continued discussions about gender-based violence in cooperation with numerous schools and, in cooperation with Goethe Institute and the Spanish Embassy, we also organised a screening of the educational documentary Seven Winters in Tehran.

Emphasizing the importance of culture in the context of #EUForCulture and through cooperation with the Embassy of Spain in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we organised the screening of films in Sarajevo and Banja Luka, as well as an exhibition by prominent Spanish artist Raul Urbina in Banja Luka. In cooperation with Sarajevo Library, we opened the Europe House library to the public. As part of the Europe House Presents concept, we opened an exhibition of works by the renowned artist Safet Zec. The exhibition was visited by numerous citizens, as well as educational institutions throughout Sarajevo.

We emphasized the importance of our activities through #OurPlanetOurFuture by publishing three editions of Ecopedia, marking International Mountain Day as well as providing useful sustainable advice on pet care and sustainable recreational exercise. We also published one edition of our E2U video series for International Mountain Day and highlighted the natural heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As part of the #E2yoUth video series, we published an interview with the inspiring young returnee Ajlana Sofić.
