New skills, culture, music and movies marked our August!

For European Year of Skills, we organised Skill Fusion dialogue workshops with inspiring young people from Bihać, Cazin,  East Sarajevo,  Jablanica, Konjic, Sarajevo, Teslić and Živinice. During #WorldYouthDay, emphasising #EUforYouth, we launched a new video series aimed at young people; #E2yoUth presents stories of successful and inspiring young people throughout BiH.

Together with Sarajevo Film Festival, we highlighted the importance of the European Union’s support for the development of the audio-visual sector through the Creative Europe program, and celebrated important achievements in film. #EvropaZaKulturu highlights the promotion of the MEDIA subprogram of the Creative Europe program and cooperation with the Creative Europe Desk in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as support to young producers within Sarajevo Film Festival’s CineLink Industry Days. In cooperation with Young European Ambassadors and the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), we organised a panel discussion with young people to exchange experiences in the fields of culture, creativity and the film industry. During the last night of the Festival, we supported a public performance by the acclaimed Ukrainian EDM duo ARTBAT in the centre of Sarajevo in front of thousands of visitors.

Promoting culture and developing skills, we organised “Soundscapes” creative music workshops in Banja Luka and Mostar.
