Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a European exchange programme for entrepreneurs that provides an opportunity for young and promising entrepreneurs to learn from experienced entrepreneurs who run smaller companies in the countries participating in the programme.
The programme is open to young entrepreneurs who have decided to start their own business or have started it within the past three years, and experienced entrepreneurs who own or manage a small or medium-sized enterprise in one of the countries participating in the programme.
Experiences during the exchange help to develop the necessary skills for running a small business, and provide an opportunity to work with partners from abroad and learn about new markets.
The contact points of the program in Bosnia and Herzegovina, EDA-Development Agency and Women for Women International provide support during the application and the whole exchange process.
The European Union is continuously investing in the development of new programmes and initiatives that support lifelong learning, the development of new skills and opportunities for young people throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. By supporting start-ups, developing an entrepreneurial idea and starting their own business, the European Union works with young talent across the country to improve the quality of life of all citizens.
